These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These are not the terms of your warranty. What a Goldman warranty covers, for how long, and how to claim, is set out in the Warranty Terms, which is the document named on your certificate and the one that governs a claim.

Using this site

You may use this site to read about our products, to check a warranty, and to contact us. You may not:

• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or database you are not authorised to reach.
• Work through warranty numbers, tokens or any other identifier in order to retrieve records that are not yours. Warranty numbers are sequential; doing this exposes other customers' personal data and we treat it as a serious matter.
• Use any automated system to scrape, copy or overload the site, or attempt to defeat the rate limits on the verification or sign‑in forms.
• Introduce anything malicious, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.

We may suspend access, without notice, where we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.

Verifying a warranty

The verification page tells you whether a warranty number, together with the mobile number it was registered against, matches a record we hold, and what its current status is. It is offered as a convenience and reflects our records at the moment you check.

A result on that page does not by itself create, extend or vary any warranty, and it is not a substitute for the warranty terms or your certificate. If what you see disagrees with your certificate, contact us.

The link and QR code on your certificate give access to the certificate PDF to anyone holding them. Please treat them as private.

Product information on this site

We describe our films and their construction as accurately as we can. Specifications, product names and the contents of the range may change, and figures given are typical values from testing rather than a guarantee of the performance of any individual installation.

Where a specification, a warranty term or a product name is shown on this site as to be confirmed or provisional, that is exactly what it means: the figure is not settled, and you should not rely on it. We would rather leave a value absent than publish one we cannot stand behind.

How a film performs in service depends on the installation, the vehicle's condition and how it is cared for. Nothing on this site is a promise about a particular result on your vehicle.

Enquiries and dealer applications

Sending an enquiry or a dealer application does not create any agreement between us and does not oblige us to respond or to appoint you. Any appointment as a dealer is made separately and in writing.

Please send us only information you are entitled to send, and nothing confidential to someone else. We handle what you send in line with our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The Goldman name and logo, and the text, images, layout and design of this site, belong to us or are used with permission. You may read the site, and print or download extracts for your own use. You may not republish, sell or use our content commercially, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Vehicles shown on this site are illustrative. Any third‑party names or marks that appear remain the property of their owners, and their appearance does not indicate any association with, endorsement of, or approval by them.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error‑free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may update these terms — the date below shows when they last changed.

Where we link to another website we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, which are not affected by anything here.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of this website.

This clause is about the website. Our obligations under a warranty we have issued are governed by the Warranty Terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
